In this practice we will look deeper at the connection of body & mind, through stillness and movement. This is intended to support those who struggle with seated meditation, as well as those that are easily agitated by movement. Some experience with seated meditation is ideal but not necessary.

This Gentle Meditative Yoga class is intended for those who are seeking a truly therapeutic yoga entry point. Through a mindful and compassionate approach you will refine your ability to honor your limits, explore your capacity, and build strength and confidence. In the process your appreciation of stillness meditation will deepen as well. $10 class, $36 for a 4 class pass, $64 for a 8 class pass and Local first timers are always free.
